Returns are subject to our terms and conditions. If you change your mind, you can return your goods to us within 15 calendar days of delivery. You don't have to provide a reason if you return your goods within this period. This option is an addition to your consumer rights to return defective products.

kybun Shoes Size Exchange

It may occur that your kybun shoes do not fit properly to your feet. In such cases, it is possible to proceed with a size exchange under the following conditions:

The kybun shoes should be returned in their original packaging
The delivery note must be included
A note indicating which size you request has to be added
Change within a maximum period of 15 days if not used
There must be no signs of wear and dirtiness.
